Terms of Service
Effective: 19 July 2026
1. Agreement and service operator
These terms govern your use of Quiziva websites, applications, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact:
info@quiziva.com.
2. Accounts and eligible use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. An organization may manage accounts it provides. A legally authorized person must approve a child's use where applicable law requires it.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person, scrape the service at scale without permission, or use quiz content or results to discriminate unlawfully.
4. Content and assessment results
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to submit it. Quiz results support learning and assessment but are not professional advice and should not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
5. Availability, beta features, and changes
Beta or preview features may change or be withdrawn. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change the service when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or product development.
6. Paid services and third parties
For a paid plan, the price, billing, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at purchase also apply. Third-party services may have their own terms.
7. Privacy
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal requirement. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law and changes
Romanian law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Romanian courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We will publish the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.
