When these terms apply
The terms apply when you visit the website, create an account, or use Quiziva. An accepted quote, order, annex, or contract may set additional rules and takes priority for that project.
Accounts and access
- Use correct and current information.
- Protect access details and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not lend an account or bypass roles and access limits.
- An organization administrator may manage accounts, assessments, and results in the organization workspace.
Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts, data, or areas without permission.
- Do not disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, or bypass security measures.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive material or material that infringes another person rights.
- Do not use Quiziva in a way that breaches law or project documents.
Content and rights
You retain rights in content you upload. You grant only the permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to deliver and secure the service. You must have the right to use the data and materials you submit.
Quiziva, its code, documentation, visual elements, and marks belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer those rights.
Assessments and results
Scores depend on the questions, answers, and rules configured by the organizer. A Quiziva result is not professional advice, accreditation, or a guarantee of competence and should not be the sole basis of an important decision about a person.
Quote, order, and invoice
The public website does not create an automatic subscription. For a paid project, the price, participant count, included services, schedule, payment, and taxes are set in an accepted quote or order and invoiced under that document.
For large volumes, multiple organizations, or special requirements, pricing is agreed individually.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a stable and secure service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service levels, support, and guaranteed response times exist only when written in project documents.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal requirement. Data return or deletion follows project documents, organization instructions, and legal duties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for indirect losses, user-provided content, decisions made solely from results, or external services it does not control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
